Expedited shipments arrive in approximately 9-15 business days.How long does it take to receive my product?
Once shipped, USPS will deliver continental US orders in 7-9 business days. International shipping times vary based on the destination.
Please note that during the holidays our production time may vary.
Can I change the destination country on my order?
After placing your order, you may not change your shipping from domestic to international and vice versa.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping fee is $9.95. We offer Free Shipping for any orders over $69.
Do you ship internationally?
We happily fulfill international orders! Our production time will be the same and shipping costs vary depending on where the order is going. Depending on your home country a customs tax may be applied in addition to your shipping cost.
NOTE: All prices on our site are USD. Once you complete your transaction, it will charge your card in your respective currency.
2.Incorrect And Old Addresses
If you need to change the shipping address, please send us an email with your order number, the current shipping address, and the address that you would like to change it to. We can change the address up until your order leaves our facility!
3.Free Shipping
Orders of $69 or more addressed to a physical location (sorry, no PO Boxes) within the contiguous United States qualify for free basic shipping (Expedited shipments).
4.Returns & Claims
If you are unsatisfied with any product purchased in the last 30 days, please let us know your concerns. We'll do our best to make you happy. If you have received a damaged or incorrect sample of tea, please email us. All teas and tea ware that have been opened and used incur a 30% disposal fee. If we made a mistake, we will pay for the return shipment. However, if the reason for your return is due to personal preference (i.e. you decided that herbals are not your cup of tea), you will be responsible for the cost of mailing the item back to us. Simply go to your account page, and select the items you wish to return to us. We will guide you through the process and will generate a return label.
5.What payment options are available?We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. Please note that all of our prices are listed in USD and your card will be charged in your respective currency.

7. Questions about products.
Will the ink crack or fade over time?We use a process called sublimation. Our apparel is defined as “no feel.” This means you cannot feel any ink or cracking on your custom products since the product itself is dyed.
